"Rats and I’ve only been living here a few weeks and so far I’ve had roaches in the refrigerator and freezer. Now fast forward to the next few weeks I’ve had three rats and while in the phone with the office lady three more came running from all areas of the dining room and kitchen. This office lady said it’s because of me that I have rats but now that I’m seeing all the reviews I will be contacting corporate because we’re not about to play the blame game. I’ve been having to stay with friends the past week because of this major issue. I’ve also asked to transfer apartments and she said it’s going to cost me more. But I will be going to the office and showing them all the rat reviews because you’re not about to tell me that all these rats from all these reviews are because of me. "Do not live here. Your packages WILL get stolen if they're sent to the mailboxes. We've had COUNTLESS packages go missing, including MEDICATIONS, unless they're delivered directly to your door, they will disappear even if they say they've been delivered. Management never answers the phones or bothers to do anything about this, even if it's as simple as putting a camera in the mail room. They can have cameras EVERYWHERE ELSE except for the place it REALLY matters."

"absolutely not if i could give them a 0 rating i would, there is no way people have to live with rats here. after the management was notified they didn’t send anyone out to exterminate but still asking for rent. they do not care about the living conditions of their tenants they only care about the money thats flowing in and out of their pockets. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!"

"I've lived here for almost 3 years and no management team has lasted. New management is terrible; they never answered the phone, rude when you come in the office, and they can't seem to get a handle on billing, the gates, or their contractors. The gates, which were recently replaced once they change the name, is constantly broken or just open. The pool is never open, playground equipment is rusted and outdated. They hired a security team of 2 men after 4 people died in the apartments (one at the bottom of my stairs); the nighttime security guard NEVER showed up. They ended up canceling the contract with that team, and never hired anyone else. Never sent residents notification of this, we had to hear it from the security guard. Can't wait for my lease to be up."
