"My apartment was broken into and we called the police and they nevered showed it was a man in my room sleeping I guess he been there for a couple days because I work out of town and my game was gone my clothes and projector and the apartment said it’s not there problem and want me to pay 2 months or rent to break the lease not a great spot to live and staff is so horrible if he had a weapon and shot me and my family he would’ve been a free man because no one showed up or checked the apartment or if I would’ve shot and killed him I would be serving life because that’s how they treat black people ."

"I have been living here for almost a year and can say the complex has improved for the better. One thing is the new lights outside every building now keeps the whole property bright at night. Before it was very dark at night and I did not like walking around but now I don’t have that worry. I also see them working and fixing up quite a bit of the apartments here and took a look inside one of them while they were working. I am considering transferring to a renovated one when my lease is up."

"I was looking for a quick move in and I let the leasing agent know my situation. The young lady was and office staff were understanding and let me know my options for such a short period. Luckily they had several floor plans to choose from and I was able to pick a renovated one I liked. So far everything has been fine, office staff is responsive and have fixed some minor thing promptly. Our building did have a plumbing issue from the freeze and they had to shut off the water. But I was there when they were fixing it and the maintenance guys were getting everything fixed as quickly as they can."

"This will be the 3rd police report someone stole out of our car once and we notified management their response is they know who it may be but stay away. We are looking into breaking the lease free of charge but management believes this is not reasonable grounds to want to break the lease. When 2nd police report was filed management had the audacity to question my husband if we were still wanting to break the lease! This is supposed to be a gated, safe, “luxury” apartment complex but we do not feel safe and the gates are never locked/closed so anyone and everyone is free to roam around and try to steal with no regard. It took us informing management that we are looking to break the lease for maintenance to come and fix issues we’ve been having since we moved in last year! If you are looking for a safe, family friendly environment this is not the place! Also the pictures online are 100% inaccurate! No apartment here looks that nice! PURE GHETTO."
