"Very helpful staff! They went above and beyond during my move in process. I was a little indecisive on which unit I wanted to stay in and Adrianna patiently took me on several tours of available units! Kyria was extremely helpful and responsive during the move in process! She always followed up and called to confirm documents and any other required information. When my move in date arrived I was late in dropping off some required material and guess what? Lilly and Adrianna stayed after hours to accommodate my needs. Lilly also helped expedite my utility services! All in all, a great group to work with!"

"100% don't recommend. Construction noise is happening all hours of the day, sometimes at 4 & 5 in the morning, so sleep is impossible. If you're unlucky, you'll be dealing with hours of nonstop banging where you can literally feel the building/your apartment shaking from its intensity. The management will not help you or try to be at least a bit accommodating as far as customer service goes. Regarding the apartment itself, amenities are outdated. Tiny kitchen, tiny washer & dryer. Elevator is broken every other day. Fire alarm constantly goes off, and rent has also gone up, so while you're paying more money, you're getting less bang for your buck. Save your money and find a better place with more peace of mind."

"If I could give this apartment complex and the IMT managment company a negative star I would. The worst place to live!!! the elevators are down almost daily; My wife was stuck in one of the elevator and had to have the fire department come to get her out after working 14 hours. When reached out to the office about it no response not even an apology! The garage gate is rarely ever working, and have random people parking in the garage at night and will be approached not safe at all! it took them one whole year to finish few minor renovations in the office area and amenities. Expect half of your packages to be missing, sometimes the office will have it, but don’t expect them to reach out to you about it. And the apartment being beyond loud it’s expected living in the city, but they claim they are having a fire alarm test every few months and it goes off nonstop for days! "quiet enjoyment," right as a tenant is definitely not respected and taken as a joke by IMT management! Btw I have been living here for three years nothing has changed! If you want to live in peace and quiet and enjoy your space please don’t live here!!!"

"It’s always amazing when you tour a property and they touch base on all of your needs . I toured Imt uptown post oak today and had the pleasure of working with kyria and Carlos . Both of these teammates were amazing and very informative about the property. I really enjoyed their amenities! Great job team . I will definitely mentions you to friends and family ."
