"On top of how bad they are, charging unnecessary fees, they are rude as well. I'm disappointed with the apartment complex due to constant and unjustified fees. From mysterious maintenance charges to unexpected administrative fees, it feels like they're more interested in squeezing residents for money than providing a fair and transparent living experience. It's frustrating and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. One major drawback is the lack of 24/7 emergency maintenance. When my AC went out, I had to endure uncomfortable temperatures while waiting for assistance during their limited hours. It's frustrating not to have immediate help, especially when facing issues that impact daily comfort and well-being."

"The security situation in this apartment complex is simply unacceptable. Not only was my car stolen due to a malfunctioning gate, but I've also witnessed security personnel falling asleep multiple times in the lobby. This level of negligence raises serious questions about the Morgan Groups commitment to our safety. The lack of vigilance and the malfunctioning gate are major concerns that must be urgently addressed. It's imperative that residents feel secure in their own homes, and these issues are far from providing that peace of mind."

"Stay away if you want to keep your credit good!! Me and my husband have NEVER had any collection we had a perfect credit (800s) and this complex ruined us!!! We just returned the apartment a month and a half ago and now this people sent us a collection for $180 COME ON… you guys had our mails, you personally know us really good and know how to contact us. Not only that but check other reviews and look how they gave us the apartment and how we returned it to them. Like… from where are those charges if I made this apartment look better. Anyways!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT!!"

"After giving us the apartment in this condition they had the guts of charging us $187 dollars and not only that but they sent us right away to collections, like come on…. STAY AWAY OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I will post how we returned the apartment a year later in another review"

"This would be a great place if everything wasn't broken. The gate acting as an entrance to the garage breaks several times a year, I see holes in the wall where drywall was removed to fix leaks, but not patched up for months at a time. Elevators are always broken and sometimes the fire department needs to rescue people who get trapped in them. Doors are often propped open, and alarms are constantly going off. AC vents in common areas are often dripping water, and there are stains on the carpet. I wish they took better care of it because the building itself is actually quite nice, and it's in a very centralized location in the city."
