"Once again, I'm back on here to express my extreme disappointment in this apartment complex. I feel that I've been led astray- nothing is as it seems here. Things constantly break down and either don't get fixed or take forever to get fixed and the manager here, Tracy is not efficient and I feel that the tenants here are not her priority. Posting my honest opinion in hopes of helping people that are contemplating living here- my advice to you is; DON'T."

"Living here has been an awful experience & dissappointment. Management will not give you any service after renting the property. They will fine you for every little mistake. I've lived here, I'd be happy to share all my bad experiences with you The pool has been closed for months, they charge you to have a pet, but there is no dog park. I've been traveling. They have signed a contract with a new tow company and if my car has an apartment sticker, they tow it, I went to the manager and she only did not help me and had no patience for me, but also threw me out of her office and said that it was of no importance to her. The elevators have been broken for months and it is possible that you can be trapped in the elevator and you will have to spend many hours stressing in the elevator until the fireman comes and rescues you. If you have a truck, you should always be afraid that your catalytic converter may be stolen, even though there is security here, and I had to pay a lot of money to make a guard so that the catalytic converter wont be stolen again. You don't just pay the rent, you always have to wait for new excuses/complaints in your monthly payment These are just some of my bad experiences. I am counting the days until my contract ends and I can move out of here."

"We were so excited to move here in July 2022. My husband and I lived in the penthouse and it was fabulous for about the first month or two. We initially thought we'd live here forever...WRONG!! We couldn't wait for our lease to expire. For living in the penthouse and paying the rent we paid, we expected a whole lot more. For starters, we NEVER received our reserved parking. The elevators and parking garage gate are ALWAYS broken, but then again, what do you expect from a building where the interior (minus the lobby of course) looks very dated. There walls are dingy and you can see cracks or terrible patch work. The hallway carpets are old and dirty. We had a ceiling leak in the guest bath that stayed that way for about two weeks. The door to the balcony off the master bedroom was stuck because obviously it leaked when it rained so the wood floor swelled and prevented the door from opening properly. When it did open, it scraped the floor. During the winter storm, the heater didn't work in our unit and stayed that way for almost two weeks. Our neighbors were ALWAYS fighting or blaring loud music and when we'd call to report it, nothing ever happened. Just because they advertise themselves as "luxurious" doesn't mean they are. It requires a lot more than a pool and fitness center to be luxurious. They left ALOT to be desired. One thing positive was our view. We were on the 31st floor facing Post Oak and during the holidays, the view was spectacular. A few of the concierge employees were also great! I see from recent posts that the management has since changed so hopefully it gets better but I bet not. The location is good if you don't mind the constant Galleria traffic congestion."

"The pool & dog park has been closed for a month now with zero explanation from the new management, not even an email letting residents know what’s going on. It’s summer and we can’t even use amenities that we pay for. 2 out of the 3 elevators are broken that is including the freight elevator that has been broken for over 5 months, so that leaves residence, pets & kids to all squish in one elevator in a 30+ floor “luxury“ highrise. There’s usually chaos that happens from that situation. Since the new management has came into this building the only thing they have done is add air fresheners & 2 chairs in the back of building since the dog park is closed, most of the time you will find homeless people sleeping back there anyways. You would think the new management would be trying to communicate with the residence here since some of us have been so loyal to this building and always want the best. This building has great potential but too many Airbnbs at times it feels like you’re living at a hotel."

"Enter at your own RISK!! Nothing works. The best part about this building is my view. New management hasn’t communicated with their current residents on when the amenities will be fixed."
