"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Be aware that this property offers reward incentives to residents in return for positive reviews! Poor management and office staff. The office manager Luella was replaced by Paige (That lives directly across from the office, wears inappropriate short shorts and stands around in the hallways and sits on the stairs outside of residents units on off days or after her shift….FYI) who I found to be unprofessional, insensitive and dishonest. The property did not announce the management change to the residents. I found out many months after the change took effect. The property has severely gone down hill since promoting a new manager. Including car break-ins (one being mine) and appliances (a stove) being stolen out of units in broad day light. I have a Ring door bell and was asked by the leasing office to provide the footage from it to them. It was able to show the stove being carried out by 3 individuals. Paige verbally assured me that my move out process would be smooth, however it was not. I was charged a cleaning fee on the unit I personally cleaned. What made matters worse is that the unit was literally scheduled for renovations the following day. I suppose they don’t clean up after construction work is completed. Paige offered me the option to move out of my unit for two weeks while they renovated and raised residents rent several hundred dollars. To be fair I was also offered a 3rd floor unit in the same building but it was more expensive than the 1st floor due to “vaulted ceilings”. In all my years I’ve never known a top floor unit of the same size to cost more than a 1st floor unit. Also, while attending community events Paige allowed Jackie (the leasing agent) to drink alcoholic beverages intended for the residents. Once Paige saw the then manager Luella leave I personally heard her tell Jackie that she was free to have drinks now that Luella was gone. I now wonder was that the original office managers last day at the property."

"Toured this property over the weekend (Saturday 2/3/24) and the service was amazing! the lady in office that day was extremely helpful and kind! if I end up moving here it will be because of her service and eagerness to help answer any questions for me. "I toured with Paige! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! The property was beautiful and the amenities were awesome!! I’m not moving for several months but Alister is definitely at the top of my list!! 10/10 recommend!!!"

"The neighbors are friendly and the environment is comfortable, but this property management is awful. First, when we moved in here, due to the health issues, we asked them if we can bring our laundry set, one of them named Jackie, she said it will be no problem and they will move their laundry set before we move in, but they didn’t, and we had to wait for 3 days for them to move their old and dirty laundry set. After they moved it, we found out the faucet in the laundry room was broken, we made a request to fix it, and they said it’s too old, and not their problem, so I had to hire a plumber to help us install it, which cost me $200. (until we fixed it, it already 3 weeks past) Second, when we decide to move in Alister, they said they will give us $500 move in deal. So we paid everything before we moved in 8/14, but didn’t get the $500 deal until October, which is not cool and they almost forgot this, we had to remind them at least twice. Last, the living room light on the ceiling fan (Harbor Breeze) is out of work, and we made request on last week , and they didn’t show up, but they email us said it’s already fixed, this is obviously a lie, cause my husband was working from home on the same day they email us, so my husband called them, they didn’t admit their fault, only said they will work on it immediately. And somehow they said we need to buy the lightbulbs on Amazon so they can replace it, which is not make sense to me, cause in previous apartment experience, no one asked us to buy the lightbulbs, so I email them politely, said if it’s in the contract, please advise. Then they replied that they only provide the lightbulbs to replace when tenant move in 30 days, after 30 days , it’s tenant responsibility to buy the lightbulbs, but they will replace it. Now, we already got the lightbulbs for 4 days, and my husband called them we have it, but no still no one shows up. It is feeling like we in a 3rd world home. I think it’s very unfair and disrespectful. As a tenant, we never pay rent late, but the management of Alister, they always have excuses to make our life harder, and makes us feel not like “Home”. Stop saying welcome to contact management if we have any questions, cause we already did several times. And I’m sure that you have my contact and the email."
