"If I can give this place 0 stars I WOULD. They just let anybody move here. The kids here looks for other kids to fight everyday at the park, the office don’t care. Upstairs neighbors blast music loud as hell while working from home, you complain about it, still, they don’t CARE. Situations like that mess with your mental health because everything about this complex is UNBEARABLE. If you don’t mind going through that, then this place is for you but for me and my family, it’s a NO. Moving!!!"
"Living here over 5 yrs. This management does not walk the complex to inspect and see what happens on property. Along the walking trail, on property is full of dog poop. Dog owners does not pick up after their dogs and it's a health hazard. Also, upstairs neighbors, jumps, tumbles, run, have no respect for downstairs renters. No return phone calls from office. Heck, they hardly answer. Owners need to hire more people and actually care about it's residences"
"I'm very racist, we went to apply for an apartment and because we were white and didn't speak English well, they discriminated against us and they didn't accept our application. Now they have a 300 deposit that we gave and they don't want to return it."
"Chelsea is a great asset to Quail Chase Apartments her professionalism was outstanding and she was very considerate, understanding and polite while addressing my concerns. Everything I needed done was done in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable about moving in the apartment community. I absolutely will refer to Quail Chase Apartments from the professionalism I received. Chelsea May God continue to bless you and don’t ever change your personality I wish you the best life has to offer sweetheart you were a blessing to meet."
"Chelsea is the best manager Ive dealt w/ shes well educated & professional while dealing & addressing all of my concerns in a politely manner. She assist w/ paper work gently if you dont understand as well as answering any questions and gets back w/ you promptly if requested, rest assure you live in comfort dealing w/any issues at hand. I couldnt be more pleased or asked for any better manager a Angel in disguise , I absolutely would refer these apartments on a five star basis. I hope & pray she stays w/ the community for our stay here shes so bubbly & full of joy its contagious you just want to hug her..."
