"Poor maintenance my window from when I moved in in August is still broken they just put plywood over the broken glass. Women crashed into my apartment the damagesto the inside of my apartment are still not fix they more concern with money then the property roaches trash everywhere men standing out all type of night dirty trash graffiti on the sidewalk walls thin as paper I can not wait till my thing get fixed are I move"
"Office staff is nice but the apartment complex is infested with roaches trash outside is a everyday thing the community is very ghetto it’s always police in complex because of fights kids are always unsupervised vandalizing the units stray dogs roam around very bad complex it didn’t look like that when I first moved in I feel like I was tricked I’ve recently moved and I feel like I’ve survived combat this complex I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy super ghetto"
"Nice apartment very nice area....my only concerns were they were not done by the assign date...but staff is nice especially meghin!!! Cant wait to move in Update: I wouldnt recommend this place now. People stand out all times of night, in other words ghetto! My first review was based off the fact I was literally their first resident for these apartments! Now if ghetto and slummy fits u fine this place would be perfect. The apartment are spacious but the PEOPLE, omg No !!"
"I have lived here for a brief time and I can’t wait to leave due to the fact that it’s extremely ghetto here my neighbors constantly threaten me the trash in the parking lot is an every day thing I hate living here due to the fact that I feel like I was tricked. It’s worse than living in greens point I have told the people in the office but nothing has been done plus you will always have someone damage your vehicle. I can’t wait to move."
"I've been her since mid-August and I like it here. Never have any issues with management. Only thing is I wish they would force cleanness and standards to the people that live here. People allow their kids to throw trash all over the parking lot. I wish they had security to force outside time. Some nights ( mainly weekend) people outside playing loud music and talking loud. Other than those few mishaps the apartments are nice."
