"I love this home. Its so quiet here and thats alot when its mid city. No loitering. And the yard is kept clean. The garbage is never flowing over or disgusting. Well constructed for privacy. I never hear my close neighbors. There little outdoor closets for storage. Washer/dryer connections. Roomy. Yes, I AGREE the parking is scarce but only after 8 pm. And I do get empty spots often right by my place. Early bird gets to park closest. If I have a long walk the apts arent as big as other complexes so its not a drag just a breif walk. Mail is secured, no busted up mailbox area. Pool in the center is closed? Theres a community park and pool. So, for the price I have no complaints. I feel safe here. And I will continue to live here. And no rodents or roaches. Thats an i dividual problem if it exists."

"Try to avoid Blue Bell (The Meadows) apartments, going on 6 years of living here because now that we can afford moving out the housing market is crazy. That is the only reason why we are still here. -Staff is rude and do not care about tenants, they make rules as they go. If they see something they do not like then they make a rule on it right away. They have used covid as an excuse to keep the office closed, it is no longer come in as you need. It is a doorbell and sometimes they aren't there. -Property: No working pool within the complex (6 years and counting), one is shared but is outside the community. Children's play area is HORRIBLE, for 6 years it has been the same. OLD. Nothing has been done to better it or make it safe. NO PARKING after 8-9PM, over crowded. -Price: It continuously goes up with no benefits, like putting funds towards remodeling the park or fixing the pool. I used to pay $750 for a 2 bed/2 RR and now it is $980, month to month $1060 since we are actively looking for a home. Tread lightly, a home is home regardless but if you can avoid, do so."

"I lived here for a year and never had any complains. Staff is very friendly and assists in any needs or concerns you might have. If you have a problem with your unit, maintenance comes in that same day. Complex is always clean, no problems with insects or roaches. Also very quiet during the day and night. They only little issue is with the parking, if you get there after 10pm or so you park a bit further on the side by the entrance. The rent does go up every year but not by much. I definitely recommend these apartments"

"I’ve been living here since 2010. There is always something bad in every apartment complex. I can’t complain a lot just the parking space after 10:30 or so. Mainly from Sunday-Thursday but it’s usually not too bad. There is always parking space by the entrance when I arrive after 11pm This apartments are well maintained, there are not insects (cockroaches) around the apt. That was the main reason we stood here because from where we came was infested. In the front area by the office did not get flooded during Harvey. Only half the tires where under water."
