"The worst place you can ever think of staying. I have been complaining about my apartment lick situation for almost 2 years. Staff non challant attitude is all the way to the roof"

"Management is very bad, if I need something fixed I always have to wait for almost 2 weeks and I end up paying someone else to come fix things. These apartments are bed bug infested. I came to live here and I have never had any bed bugs in my matresses."

"Kathy is the property manager and she is very professional and has the upmost best qualities that a property manager can have. She was very supportive with my inquiries as well as Estella and Silvia. All three ladies are nice and professional. Apartments are not bad at all once decorated, you can definitely call this place home. Would definitely recommend !"

"Management does a great job keeping good relations with residents. Office Staff are very caring on your opinion and open minded and many residents have close relations with office! 10/10 recommended to rent here! Its near many high visited restaurants in the Houston area. Couldn't find a better place to live nearby with their awesome specials upon request."

"If I could give a ZERO star to this Apts I would do it . one is too much! This has been the worse apt I’ve ever lived! These apartments are infected by Rats , mice or whatever they all look the same, and BEDBUGS! Yes we had to throw every furniture! we only packed our clothes ... It was the most horrible year of my life , I had to took my kids to the doctor to see if nothing was wrong with them because of all the bedbugs bites! Not a good place to live , but if you want to experience for yourself go ahead! You probably will regret it."
