"After living here for 6 months, We absolutely love this place. This is the first time I live in an apartment that I can call home. Quite, clean, and well maintained. All thanks to management and in particular Mrs. Sherry Bess. Great costumer service and most importantly, she gets things done! Yousef Sherian & his family."
"Been here roughly around 6 months. Have had a few incidents with people they hire for maintenance, but the issue was resolved ASAP. The maintenance that works for these apartments in particular are great though. Maggie is awesome too really sweet & I feel like she knows her tenants. Mrs. Sherry the manager is nice & strict, but in a good way. Overall very quiet apartments, they try to maintain them super clean, and I think security is pretty damn good. Only down side I would say is they are a bit old, but pros out weight the cons. Great prices too!! I lived in “luxury” apartments before these & hands down I prefer to live here until we save up for a house. UPDATE: Been here about two years now still loving it, they’re upgrading the complex now which is exciting! Very secure & quiet no issues so far. The whole team is awesome! (P.S we get notes like these & birthday balloons so sweet!)"
"Lived here 3yrs. I’ve personally never had any problems with this complex. I loved the layout it’s so quiet and peaceful to live here. The personnel at sharpstown park apartments are truly the best. If your going to live here I strongly recommend getting a cart for your groceries since there is only 6 entrances to the complex that all require a key to get into. Strongly recommend living here it’s affordable also."
