Colony Oaks Bellaire Apartments

"I am a new tenant this month. My experience so far has been amazing. The office staff Ms. Edna and Ms. Anna are both fantastic. Easiest move I have made from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, safe, gated community apartment complex. It is an older complex, but very well maintained and clean, and it also has upgraded units available. Very happy so far!"

"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My daughter, on Several occasions has sent letters, emails and in person visits to Sandra. My daughter, Son-in-law and 2 small grandchildren have been living in black mold and have been very sick. The leasing office management has done Nothing to fix it. I have been in property management for 5 years, this isn't the way to treat tenants. Please, find a property management that cares about your health."

"I love the apartments but Sandra the manager is the most evil,meanest, ruthless, disheartened and ill-mannered woman I have ever met. She is not interested in helping residents, I don’t understand how, after so many bad reviews, she continues to work here.I’m sure a lot of residents leave just because of her. As soon as my lease is over I will leave."

"Racist Bitter Angry Bird named Sandra. The apartments are okay but the office manager can be very nasty person. Been here a few years and time after time her action have lead me to the conclusion that she's bitter and unhappy. Sandra also says something only to certain people about foward parking and dog sizes. For others she will gladly show you the lease.(discrimination) I have never witness any act of kindness from Sandra around the property. Always out to get tenants parking citations for work vehicles and etc.Always negative. So if you work hard and just want to enjoy your time off. This is not the place especially with Sandra in the office. This is my experience with Sandra at colony oaks. Just straight up dirty and an angry bird. Hard working happy people stay far away from the bitter angry bird. Time for me to do something else."

"I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. The inside of my apartment was very nice! Maintenance was rarely needed however when I did call they would come the same day. My children loved it because they all gather and play outside. One of my favorite things is the landscaping, it is super beautiful. Our apartment had no shade, was upstairs and the sun hit it directly so light was a HUGE issue for us. However all in all my family and I enjoyed this place. As for the office staff Edna is the girl to go to, she always has a smile and is very polite. Oh and not once did I see a mice by the way."
