"Today was suppose to be my move in day and we were presented with so much obstacles ..at the beginning we were only advised we were suppose to give half months rent to move in and get lights connected and apartment wasn’t even ready..we were almost getting keys when the lady told us oh and we need first month rent before you move in as well no where before was this mentioned according to her the half’s moth rent was the special for April when it was not our fault the apartment wasn’t ready… please don’t even bother to apply to live here 50 dolars down the drain"

"This apartment is alright, but not the best I've been so far. Here are some pros and cons.. Pros: there is security cameras, all around and officers patrolling in and out of the apartments, same as the manager. There is stores and others more, that are great, nearby. Anyone can park anywhere. In here is really quiet too. Cons: Ac is not as good, but it's okay I guess. There is not a single doorknob in the entrance door of my home. There is some mices around here, so as roaches. Probably the community here, don't use Xfinity. One of the mail lids are open, instead of closed shut. Yeah, that's pretty much it, so far."

"I would give this place negative stars if I could. Rats, bugs, gang members shooting guns, no matinance, no a.c. worst possible place to live these apartments need to be shut down and the management fired. Please find another place to live these apartments are not worth it I lived here for a little while and it was a complete waste of time and money not to mention worrying about people trying to break in i had 2 incidents of people trying to get in to my place and 3 incidents of hearing gun fire. I can't stress enough don't move here !"
