"I am going on my 4th year in this apartment community! The apartment units are nice Everyone in the apartments are polite! The office they do there best to solve any issues & they always answer the phone! The maintenance men are always fast with fulfilling maintenance request! They are great at keeping the property’s upkeep at great standards even with some tenants trashing the grass and parking lots! Pest Control is every Thursday Upon request! The area is okay! There is some crime in the area as of lately but that’s all of Houston! Pretty quiet at night! Local stores & dining nearby very convenient. Downsides: Gym only open during business hours- Pool only open during the summer & it doesn’t stay open to late during the week- Limited Visitor Parking Spots, Hard to find parking late at night- Residence Leave beer bottles and trash on grass and walkways which make the maintenance men work 10 times harder and make the property look bad."
"Great community to live in. Maria is wonderful she offers excellent service and is very professional. We have live here for over a year and we have never had issues with this complex is a wonderful place to call home. I really recommend this apartments."
"Hello! I've been living here for a year now and so far it is a great community to live in, but in every community, there is work to be done. Most of the time is very clean, but during the weekends you will find empty beer glasses on the floor, trash, and you will find a lot of burnt cigarettes. Also, I wish they could update the laundry rooms the machines are always broken and is very. frustrated going somewhere else to wash. Lately, I noticed a lot of people that don't live here in the apartments just walking around or just hanging out, and is kinda creepy and scary because there are a lot of kids running around here so we should be more careful. But overall is a decent place to live here."
