"Everything they say is a lie. Everything. Be prepared for water bills in excess of $150. You pay twice for trash. Once for Valet Trash, and then another $9 for the dumpster. The manager is horrible, and that is the nicest thing I can say about her. Be prepared fir nightly gun fire, inside and outside the complex. The security gates work hlf the time. People just climb the fence anyway. I cannot wait to et out of this hell hole."
