"I Grew Up Here 10yrs+ And I Can Say everything that everyone is saying is True… Roaches was terrible there A/C Hardly Ever Worked Properly but it was Home my Childhood years The People was Nice for the most part I Had Friends Like Family There but all in all for the price the maybe asking today it’s not worth it"

"this place is not it. the air conditioner never works, they dont fix things as fast as they say they will, theres no water, the security doesnt even do his job right, i really dont recomend these apartments, they are not what they say they are, if there was a choice for 0 stars i would definitely put it."

"The only thing I can say about this apartments is that DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The staff doesn’t help at all. The people who live here make their pets poop outside of other peoples’ apartments. And when go to the office to complain, they say they can get it cleaned on Mondays. Delaying causes so many diseases and I have to take my kids to doctor every other day! You can’t even let your kids play outside because there’s dog’s poop everywhere literally!! And the apartment is full of ROACHES! Main office sent pest control twice but that didn’t help at ALL. There are no security cameras in complex that can record who makes their pets poop outside of your apartment. I PAY ALMOST $900 per month and I feel like I live in hell!! The roof of my kitchen also leaks water. All of my new furniture is now ruined!! My new furniture is filled with roaches! I can’t even eat anything the roaches crawl everywhere in my apartment literally!! I had to spent 2 months in a my mom’s house because my apartment is a mess and since I can’t break the lease contract. Please DON’T MOVE IN HERE! Nobody is responsible for your apartment and car damaged by other residents!! IN WINTER the put the AC ON and IN Summer the put the heat on. So literally, you’re shivering in winter and sweating in summer. NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THEY CONTROL THE ELECTRICITY. The hot water only works for 10 Mins and you have to take a shower real quickly!"

"They told us they did not want to see my son down or upstairs, he is 5 years old! They want to have you like a prisoner, my son has only gone outside 5 times throughout the 8 months we've been here! When we first moved in it was filled with dust! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"They over charge you, there the AC unit has mold in it and there using duck tape to hold it together, yes no one bothers you and it's quite but the area stinks the staff in the office really don't care about you. I found places that are all bills paided that are better than this place."
