"I have tried twice to drop off my rent payment for the month and the women who work in these apartments are not there, but where do they go? If they are going to eat they should at least leave something written on the wall or have their schedule, but no, they prefer to make you fool around. Terrible service. Please apartment owners, if you read this, change your staff or give them instructions so that one does not waste time trying to find them in the office and they are not there."

"The manager of those apartments is very rude. He thinks it's a big deal and got angry with me when I asked him why they don't have the TAA (Texas Apartments Association) application and why they didn't let me fill out or sign my money order for the application. I called to ask if they could return it to me, which I wouldn't lose anything by asking. But she got very rude and quickly started talking to me as if she is the big deal, raising her voice at me because I wasn't going to leave her either and suddenly she left me talking to myself... yes, great manager!!! They had already told me that this lady is like that. I'm going to report them to the BBB Better Business Bureau for being stupid, the money comes and goes, it's not even like it was $200 but the customer service with that lady is very, very bad. Rude and unprofessional...she is a manager and doesn't know how to deal with, much less talk to, people? Another thing they didn't want to tell me was his name. I called again after he hung up on me to ask his name and he didn't even want to talk to me, they told me that he was no longer in the office. When I asked what his name was, they told me that they couldn't tell me his name, that I should ask my friend who lives in those apartments. I'll do that!"
