"Honestly I’ve been here about 2-3 years and I’ve had no problems besides the towing and parking but that’s not really a bad issue, I have no mice I had small amount of roaches, but once I called the Office to do a work report, they came right out anytime I emailed them to do a work order they do come out and the front office that’s probably one thing that I will give a one star to the only person that I will give a five star to there is LEO he’s awesome very helpful and very nice and also caring of others ❤️"

"I would visit my boyfriend at these apartments and almost every night it would be damn near a 15 minute walk just to get to the apartments. The parking is no joke the worst I've ever seen for a place. Also, they towed my car and I had to pay $270.... to get my car out. The apartments itself are for me were just okay..not worth though. The parking problem itself is worth not looking into. You can find better for the same price somewhere else."

"If I can give this place 0 starts I would ! I was living in these trashy apartments for 2 yrs thank god a month ago we moved out and I still have pictures of the disaster we had to deal with ! Always filthy ! Maintenance They take FOREVER to come fix one single thing ! You would have to keep calling or go up there . They lie they have security when in reality they don’t . You have to be home by 6pm to find parking lot & last but not least the staff from the office WAS NEVER greeting to you only when it’s convenient for them .! They NOT ONCE Greeted me when I would go to their office .the manager is alright . I can say she’s decent but also has a grudge face. I highly don’t recommend for ANYONE TO MOVE here the apartments are fill of gnats! And roaches !"

"I have live here for 3 years, the time I have live here they have never been remodeled from the inside to the outside. All the dumpsters are always full of garbage. And when I bearly move to the apartments and I had my truck stolen and they didn’t even manage to show me the camera to see who had stole it. They have no security, the parking lot is ugly you have to be at your house by 6pm if not you are going to be looking for a parking spot for hours. The water of the sewers it comes out twice a month, and some of them are always in the hallways that people use to get to their apt and difficult to go through. After my experience I DONT RECCOMEND YOU TO MOVE HERE!!!!"

"Never rent here, if you do you must be home by 9 pm every night not for people who work late! You have to pay for a parking sticker but yet parking is full every night by 9 pm and there is always at least 10-20 cars of people sleeping in there cars waiting for parking. Never in my life have I seen a parking situation so bad! Word to the wise dont do it!"
