"Love it here. Nice staff, nice amenities, free fitness classes, in a very nice area close to city centre. Kirby was my leasing agent, she is super sweet along with everyone else in the office Fabiola, Matthew, Timothy and Destiny and the maintenance techs. :) I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a day for them to complete a work order. 10/10 all around! Will most likely renew at the end of my lease."

"Timothy and the rest of the front are very helpful. Maintainance respond quickly and they make sure they keep communication with you, which I like. The complex is clean and neighbors are quiet for the most part & super friendly. People saying the walls are thin - they are but that’s all apartments to be honest. The landscaping hasn’t been the best but maintenance does what they can. I constantly see them picking stuff up. The only con I would say is the pest issue in the summer and landscaping. Things were built in a rush but I don’t blame the management since they were owned by someone previous. Have asked maintenance to come fix things and they never mind. Been here for about 7 months and will probably resign my lease."

"I toured Avasa Spring Branch after touring 4 other properties in the area. The staff here is more than welcoming and very personable. I toured with Matthew and he had me laughing the whole time. Their amenities are really nice and the floor plans are even better. They didn’t have the biggest 1x1 available for me but I did find another nice floorplan. The only thing they need to add is a dog park and maybe turf to the outdoor gym section.I suggest giving this place a try if you’re looking in the area. Overall beautiful property!"

"Will be moving here in January from DC. Matt was really personable and didn’t mind showing me the 4 different apartments I wanted to see. Pros: staff, amenities, move-in special, ease of applying and elevators. Cons: traffic in the area and green space."
