"This company is absolutely horrible. Our insurance company gave us their name and we used them several months. When the insurance adjusted and it turned out there was only a partial month left they would pay for, we were told to pay the rest or be out the next day. We couldnt afford 177.00 a day so we moved out. The next morning by 10am they had turned off our power and sent people to get the furnitiure, since we were packing they just left. Preferred called that morning wanting to know if were were out yet. We had no control, she actually tried to say because we were still there we were agreeing to another month. We moved all our stuff, we had only been told to leave at 6pm the night before. Now there sending me a huge bill for not having cleaned up when they didn't give us time. Im going to contact the attorney generals office for fraud and corruption, the better business bureau, and every agency under the sun who deals with this. I cant tell you how stressful this has been for something we had no control of."
"We stayed at 6401 Santa Monica Ave #2008 Albuquerque, NM 87109 which was a wonderful two bedroom two bath apt. The apt was clean and well furnished. We were staying until we could find a suitable house. We stayed here for two months (July - Aug 2022)and really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and I would stay there again."
