"Deserves 0 stars. Every other day, water is cut off or no hot water. Parking is horrible. Someone got robbed at gun point, and the apartment says security isn't their responsibility. I've been dealing with roaches since I moved in, and I never dealt with roaches anywhere else. This place has gone downhill since Ms. Lupita left, and management doesn't care about fixing things. Rent was cheap, but now they keep going up even if you sign longer leases. Lots of stray dogs and cats roaming the complex, management doesn't do anything to make the living experience better."

"The New Ladies in the front office are absolutely horrible especially Cecilia I don’t know if I’m spelling that right but it’s horrible every time you call about a work order you have to repeat yourself several times and often times it still doesn’t get fixed… it’s like she doesn’t understand or doesn’t listen I’m sick of her and so tired of living here… I miss Ms. Lupita she took care of business and she was fair… the pool is never open, the parking system is absolutely horrible, the water is always getting cut off and sometimes the electricity without notice from CenterPoint it’s just an insane nightmare living here…"

"Lived here since 2014. Hot water goes in and out every other day without warning. Yet they charge a water bill. Instead of replacing the bathtub they painted it. Now new paint has worn off and bathtub needs replacement again. They hire security for like 2 weeks at a time only when some type of disturbance happens. We’ll be moving out soon thank god. All they do is just repaint the apartments and slap an under new management sticker up. Only good thing is that they aren’t the most expensive ."

"For the price these apartments are a great value. They have security guards watching all night. Realistically this area is bad but I feel these apartments. They renovate the apartment whenever someone moves out so you get to move into a pretty fresh looking space."
