"I have family that lives here and I've visited them a few times and they have rats! You can here them crawling in the walls and they come out at night they have been eating the food and making the apartment smell like rat urine ... I'd never recommend living here because they don't fix anything"

"Overall the manager is so rude and has no answers for anything . maintenance even worse . I had the worst experience since the beginning. I got leased an apartment that had just been “REMODELED “ which I obviously payed more for and since the first week everything was flooding. My walls where full of mold. My baseboards came off the wall because of the constant wetness . My sink was over flooding constantly and it has yet to be fixed . These people are liars and don’t do anything to help . Brianda (assistant) tried to help but she can only do so much. Yaneri (manager) has zero communication skills and doesn’t know how to do her job. I had to consistently be reminding her of the situation. Then they hired someone to fix the issue and all they did was make it worse . I definitely don’t recommend. If you don’t care for the place that u live in then this is the place to be because these people don’t care about there residents AT ALL !"
