"It's 34 tonight and management seems to think that it's appropriate to Leave all of Their residents without heat. It's 60 inside my apartment and I'm having to use a broken oven to heat my apartment. Managment should be ashamed and so should the owners. Do not move here you'll regret it."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE, the manager Janet Reyes, the corporate office, and the owner do NOTHING or the bare minimum to get by. The positive reviews they have on their website were made by their friends and employees- most of whom do not even speak English much less write a review. Janet fraudulently signs residents' leases and then changes them when people like me speak out. I had to get a lawyer because the corporate office doesn't answer or investigate her deceptive behavior. They send out generic response that strive to give 5 star service but they strive to take money from hard working people while doing almost nothing to change these unsafe, unhealthy living conditions! Multiple times sewage has come up from a pipe on the sidewalk and flows into the parking lot & I had to call the city. Air conditioning doesn't cool, I had to buy 2 ac units so we could be comfortable in our apartments. After the corporate office saw my review they replied to contact the corporate office, but I have called the corporate office several times, left voicemails, and sent several emails without ANY response from anyone!"

"Recently moved back in after 4 years. New lights being added and the 2 gentleman who walk the property daily after-hours area huge help especially with the history of the property. Janet and staff are cool and understanding. Looking forward to the 2year lease I singed"

"The manager here at Witte oaks is exceptionally professional helps everybody in our community and meets everybody's needs in our apartment I wouldn't go anywhere else Janet is the most kindest most reliable manager . I wouldn't go anywhere else every time I had called which is not that often my needs were met on time she just a wonderful person I couldn't see anybody else managing except for her she makes it very easy for you to speak with about your apartment everybody here loves Janet. Linda Marine"
