"I would give a negative star if I could my friends Apt has been covered in mold since she moved there water pipes bussed leaking and they’d rather fix the outside than repair the already messed up units. They will give you the run around when you move in to COMPLETE TRASH AND WASTE OF TIME NO ONE LIKES IT HERE PROPERTY TRASHY DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Apartments under new ownership and management. Alot of renovations and improvements going on. Our air conditioning went out last night. My husband has a bit of a medical thing that prolonged heat can affect. I sent in a service request, stopped by the office and talked to Betty, our new manager, and 3 hours later, we are cooling down. Thanks to Francisco (Maintenance) and Betty!! Francisco was kind and fixed it quickly and came back to check on us. Our apartment was refurbished before we moved in. It's been great, my little haven. No construction or plumbing issues. And no unwanted critters. Thanks again Betty and Francisco."

"If there was a no star option I'd chose that. I rarely write reviews at all. But this has to be heard before more people fall victim. Old management was bad, new management is worse. The paint they did to make it look nice, ain't nothing but a bandaid on a stab wound. They come in your house unannounced. They'll come do maintenance you did not ask for before 8am without notice. In July with Krishna MGMT, they left Valet trash on my front porch for 2+ WEEKS without picking it up. (Yes we let it sit there until they got it.) Mind you, you pay for that. If you live in the vicinity of the pool, expect to be hearing music from full blown pool parties weekly. The "Security Officers" do not care at all to stop this. They have left my perfectly fine front door open all day in order to change it for one that doesn't even close sometimes, but still made me pay for the $400 electricity bill in a house that stays at 80* If you want to be ignored by MGMT when you have rent checks to deliver and have uncontrollable roaches and mice, move here! The rats are so bad that when my cat moved out up to 5 appeared. When we moved everything out (making sure no mice or roaches came with us) we could hear the mice running around in the walls. These guys don't have there priorities straight and are fixing superficial issues instead of REAL ones. Moved out today. Will continue to tell everyone I know to never rent from Krishna Company. You increase risk of needing legal representation by moving here. Sure these guys are good people but they're not good at keeping up apartment buildings."
