"I lived at this property for years. This place is very convenient to major stores and restaurants. New owner has improved the buildings by putting new roof and new AC, this alone reduced my electricity by 25%. Great neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. I still would come back to this property. The reason I moved I got a good deal on a retirement property. Norma is a very nice manager to work with and the owner is a very nice man he makes sure that your concern is taken care of."

"I’m really upset with this community because I just start my lease on 09/01/23 I find myself in a dangerous situation because during my time living in the building, my apartment has been subjected to two break-ins. These incidents have created an atmosphere of insecurity and unease for both my family and me. Despite my efforts to ensure the property's security, I do not feel safe living in this building, I travel a lot and every time I come back the windows or door are open force and get robbed. I did the claim to the office but they changed the manager again, and the new manager is Rude and disrespectful, I’m requesting to end my lease because is it is not secure I’m willing to pay the fees to move out, but they request give a notice 60 days before, that is unbelievable because I just started my lease here last September when the manager started to work here. Now she went away and did not leave a report of my case, and the new manager only response in rude way, yelling at me took out of the office. I don’t know what to do I feel totally helpless I don’t want to stay in a insecure place with my son where the windows and doors have not been repaired properly and the manager wants I still living here because I don’t have 60 days notice."

"I live here for 2 months and i found group of mice inside the apartment , i made a report in Wednesday for leasing office she didn’t response until i went to her Monday and i told her face to face , she was so rude to me and she closed the door front of my face while i talking to her She told me I can’t pick the group of mice for you !!!!! Do you guys accept that !!!!!!! Do you accept to live with mice while leasing office doesn’t care about the resident Then she sent the worker to close the holes and he wants to take photo of my apt if its clean or not !!!! What ??? And yesterday I heard fire-shots while i was in my bedroom And there is a bullet break the window and went inside the apt Well! This place is not safe , clean New management is really bad Mary was so perfect but the new no Im planning to move now"
