"Preserve Piney Point Apts is a very great place thus far. The personnel is very nice and friendly. Smiles are the best on site. Very welcoming and home like. Issues get resolved in a timely manner. And the people that work here are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are so stankin cute too! Fireplace! Yay! Would suggest a look at. And have security gates. Love it!"
"Well the rent is super high they have homeless people bums running through the apartment’s at around 10 every day breaking into all the apartments on here we have kids and the property manager nd employees in office are not doing nothing about it I moved to this side to get away from drug addicts but they just be busting open the security gate management don’t care they have a lot of locks on doors over here but the crazy thing they want u to stay over here knowing that all this stuff going in over here it’s not a good look my neighbor just moved in they trying to break into the apartment"
