"I wish it was possible to give zero star. Living here now in this apartment no hot water no heating no Ac ,,,leack every 2 weeks, and the homeless people they are living in the empty houses live with residents when I informed the office last time they said call the police ,, the mail always open because the homeless opened and broke the mail box …… Not worth the money. …. If I had read the review, I would not have lived there…"

"I hate having to give this place a 1 star… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The front staff is very friendly and wanting to help most of the time… but I have never put in so many work orders before. When I first moved in, the sinks and drains were clogged, the oven did not work, the cabinets are rotting, the flooring in the bathroom is coming up, I have had 2 leaks from my ceiling, and now I have no hot water. There are creepy people always in the back parking lot trying to get into the apartment complex, I’m 100% sure there are squatters in one of the apartments because they busted the glass sliding door open… not to mention they say the “ac is getting fixed” but I don’t see how that is going to happen as the unit barely pushes out any airflow… had to invest in a AC unit for the bedroom because it’s HOT… roaches are everywhere no matter how hard we try to combat it… honestly… I’d skip this place.. it feels unsafe and honestly so many issues with the units here…."

"07/10/23 - I wish it was possible to give zero star. Living here is a nightmare. Who keeps their residents in heat during a hot summer as this? The a/c has been bad for over a month now with zero efforts to make it better. The swimming pool is a disaster.. zero maintenance. Everywhere is dirty. Do yourself a favor and find some place else. Not worth the money. I will continue to provide updates."

"We had the privilege to stay a short term stay here. The apartments date back to the 60's and we were so happy about this as it meant that if you in your apartment it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and it was with a sad hart that we are heading back to the UK but we will be back in the near future and would book it again for long term"
