When I put in my order they get the job done. Pest control comes every Friday. The staff keep the outside of these apartments nice and clean. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay."

"The Cypress Parc Apartment Townhomes are absolutely gorgeous and they have amazing Management and Maintenance people.Amanda who is the Property Manager Candy who is the Assistant Manager and Ms.Geoviana are the most Wonderful Landlords. Iv been here since Sept 19 2023 when I have a maintenance issue they answer promptly and everything has been working properly and I really haven’t had any issues. The neighbor is quite my neighbors are sweet all our children play together The office is well involved in our community I most definitely would recommend the Cypress Parc apartments to my friends and family and I will be renewing my lease until I can buy a home of my own."

"If I could give zero stars I would. When I moved here i actually liked the complex and the management. I could put a work order in and they would get to it the same day. Now, not so much, there’s new management that only cares about bringing people in and not about the current residents. For example; We put in a work request for some mold that the apartment had and they closed the request and NEVER came to look at it. We had to deal with it ourselves. And this isn’t the only instance where they close a work request without even looking at it. They charge residents a $65 community fee, for what? The pool wasn’t opened all summer, they opened it maybe 3 times and that was it. They have a new “security guard” that we NEVER see, my car is STILL getting broken into on a weekly basis. The noise level has increased a lot in the last few months, cars park in front of our building at 12:00am with their music blasting for a long time. I’ve barely had any sleep because of the noise level and also the big bright light that shines right at my bedroom window (and yes i have blackout curtains and it still comes in) There’s a lot more negative things I can say but I will leave it at this and honestly, I do not by any means recommend anybody to live here."
