"Dirtiest apartment complex i have ever seen trash everywhere, not enough garbage bens so tenents just throw the trash over to the houses in the back. One being mine i have talked to the manager and supervisor about the issue and Management takes this as a joke, all they did was act shocked and as if they were gonna help after it happened again i called immediately as they told me to do and they dismissed me over the phone. Noone ever came to clean or fix the issue. This has been going on for over a yr already. Fix it before i have to. LEGALLY!"
"This review is for Willowbend Apartment Houston 13949 bammel north Houston rd ! Horrible place to stay for New movers ! The management is very racist and very rude We took an apartment on lease, Took all the Deposit but dint even show the apartment because it was under renovation and told us it will be ready by 1st of the month, went on 1st and they said not yet ready. We go again after 3 days still not ready and they were so rude to us and the lady in the office was like listen we dint tell you that your apartment is ready so stop coming and asking until we tell you! That’s when we lost our mind and knew that this management is horrible and finally after 10 days apartment was ready and we moved in and guess what ? So many roaches and we complained but no action bath tub all paint was gone cabinets were broken and finally when our lease was getting over we informed them 2 months in advance we are moving and guess what they said ? Oh you have to tell at least 3 months in advance. Like are you serious? And finally when we moved out! They gave a bill of 5k for all the damage and stuff which we dint even do! NEW movers be aware Also parking issues! Even after getting a parking sticker there is no parking. So many robberies take place yet no action taken by the management to improve it"
