"Order two Def orders to get the special discount and ordered the same thing with both orders and my son grabbed two pieces of the second order before I seen it and it was the wrong piza called to get it fixed and they would not make it right very disappointed will never order from north Pekin one again"

"I used to get great food and service. But my last four orders have all gone wrong in some way. Forgot the Coke or took WAY longer to deliver or like today where the app tells me it is already delivered - 15 minutes ago and it’s still not here. And of course the manager just says it’s minutes away."

"The delivery driver Nicole should really stop harassing employees at the Dennys next door. He doesn't like margaritas Nicole and there's a reason he goes in when you're around. I'm honestly tired of hearing the stories about him not even wanting to take breaks outside because of you it's not a good look babe. I'm sure you'll find someone someday but you've got to fix your approach and maybe not stalk them. Just tips for the future if they want to approach you they will I promise!"

"10/27/23 at 6:17pm I ordered my food for delivery. Around 7:55pm I finally received my food. The store refused to answer calls and refused to reach out. I went to another place and ordered food for my family and returned just after the food had arrived. My order cost 38$ and some odd change and I left a 9$ and some change for tip making my total costs 48$. Not only that, I got an email with and apology for 50% off or 60 points of the pie. WTH, yall cost me over $70 tonight since I had to buy another whole dinner for the family. Very disappointed in the service tonight."

"Placed online order at 2:30pm for a future delivery time of 4:00pm. Was unable to track as the order already said complete in the dominos app at 4pm so I called the store at 4:10pm was told by Parker the order was on the way the driver had multiple orders to deliver. 4:30 still no food I called and asked to speak to a manager Loda , she told me the driver left the order on my porch, I said why I did not order contactless delivery I got outside no food, Loda informs me it’s my word vs the employees. I request a new order but instead of apologizing or offering anything for the mistake she seemed annoyed with me for calling. I requested to cancel my order, I have never had such horrible customer experience, the employee’s were unapologetic and offered zero solutions to there issues and mistakes. I won’t be back."
