Riveraine Apartments is a charming residential community located at 8181 Colony Drive in Houston, Texas. Our prime location offers easy access to major highways, restaurants, parks, schools, shopping centers, and entertainment options.
Our one and two bedroom apartments feature modern amenities and stylish finishes. Each unit comes equipped with all-electric kitchens, central air and heating, walk-in closets, and wood plank floors. Select units also offer personal balconies or patios, decorator fireplaces, extra storage, granite countertops, and new veneered cabinetry.
Our community is open Monday through Saturday, with office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. We strive to provide a comfortable and convenient living experience for our residents.

"The management here are demeaning to their residents. They do not have enough parking for all their residents and have partnered with a towing company to lawfully steal your car. The short amount of spaces they do have are reduced to the most minimal space available making it impossible to exit your vehicle. If you want to be treated like dirt move here."

"I was a tenent here for 2 1/2 years. I just recently moved at the end of April. These apartments are great for the price and the area. I felt safe and secure the whole time, because security was always around. The property is well maintained and kept. They respond and take care of maintenance request quickly. Rocio and Esther in the office are AWESOME! They are kind and helpful! I hate I left my apartment but I thought I had a better opportunity in another city. It's located near plenty of eating places, grocery stores and shopping. It's between the Beltway and Hwy 59 so convenient to get around Houston. Only downside is the parking. Gotta have a permit and not enough visitors parking for such a large complex. I'd gladly move back if I could!!!!"
"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The short Hispanic leasing agent (maybe she was a manager idk) with the TERRIBLE bleach & highlight job was completely rude. Her attitude match her hair...TRASH!!! I wasn't even looking for an apartment but I know I will never consider this complex. I was dropping off an delivery to a resident and after I dropped off said delivery I popped into the leasing office to ask to use the restroom very nicely. Granted I am aware that some places of business do not have public restrooms but to be rude and dismissive was completely uncalled for...especially if you didn't even know if I was a potential inquiry. There is a way to speak to people & that was not it ma'am. Some better customer service training is very much needed and better housekeeping/landscaping because that complex is disgustingly filthy."
