Camden Stonebridge Apartments

"Camden Stonebridge has been a great place to live. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. What really stands out is the staff – Tonia went above and beyond to make my move-in a breeze. She's always friendly, helpful, and makes this complex feel like a true community."

"These apartments are on the nicer side of what's available in the area. However, we lived on the third floor and the summers were horrible. No matter how many times maintenance came in to "fix" our AC it never actually got fixed. I think it was more of the lack of insulation than the AC itself. There were also a LOT of loud neighbors here. They'd play loud music, talk loudly at all hours of the night, and were just rude in general. The property was always kept nice and clean, though. If you saw a mess in the morning, it would be gone by midday or by the end of the day. The management would also always inform the residents when something happened, which I've come to find is not always the case at other apartments! The staff was very professional and would try to be accommodating but they could do with better vetting of their would-be residents. Lastly, you do have to pay for the niceness that is Camden. They pull fees from thin air. When we renewed they had a "community" fee added. I asked what it was for and they said it was to "upkeep the complex"... I didn't and still don't understand how my rent didn't cover this. Especially being that they raised our rent annually. We stayed in a one bed, one bath and when we started renting in 2019 it was $900-something and by the time we left in 2021 they wanted $1400! For a 720sqft apartment! Camden is nice but its not that nice."

"I like to Camden apartments as being the first time living alone. The people in the lease office are nice and knowledgeable especially Jennifer , she makes you feel as home and welcome. Any questions or concerns she will have the answer for you or she will give the answer. The maintenance team is ridiculously fast, someone was at my door within an hour of submitting a request. So far, my experience with the Camden team has been top tier."
