"DON'T RENT HERE! It doesn't matter how desperate you may be please don't ever rent here. The manager and his assistant are a bunch of incompetent liars who only know how to insult, lie, and steal peoples money. The manager is never there and whenever he is present, he declines talking with tenants even when he previously agrees to those appointments. Hes aggressive and goes around hitting on doors in late hours of the night (way past office hours) with "security guards" to harass people that allegedly owe money, same with his assistant. Shes a rude and aggressive woman that always acts that shes fixing problems on the computer but then back tracks and lies about everything shes done. Shes incredibly unprofessional by cursing at tenants and vaping while in the office "working". They lie about fixing contracts and lease agreements and charge you for month-to-month fees that aren't even peoples fault. Not to mention there's always new employees working there, so you never know who you're actually talking to. The condition of these apartments are deplorable and definitely violate laws. There's black mold all around the a/c vents, roaches and ants in apartments, constant water leaks, trash and dog waste all around the property, roaming cats, broken mail boxes, and constant shootings. It has truly been hell living here and I truly can't wait to leave this trash property and not get harassed anymore."

"When I moved in to these apartments they were great, the staff and service were good. It's changed management so many times during the last two years and it's just gone downhill from there. Place is full of roaches and they never bother to come and repair what you report. No one ever answers the office phone and their staff is rude and unprofessional."

"I just moved in November last year an this apartment is so unprofessional management they have I don't recommend anyone's to move here they all confused I was told my trash pick up is $45 I spoke to some residents an they said they pay $25 some pays $35 . The trash is not pickup as they stated why pay for trash pickup an is not been picked up .so scammer All the ground floors is so much pot holes ,an lot's of heavy trash such as old mattress an couches an groceries shopping baskets all over the dumpster not pick up ,they did lot's of errors iny lease agreement up till now I don't have my updated lease yet"

"I have been so patient with this property, there is not a single month that I end up with extra charge on my rent, bills… always have to call and call their office to fix it which is annoying. the valet trash used to be $25 then now you see $30 they decided to add $5 more without even noticed the residence , and they keep charging $10 for trash also. There’s trash everywhere here so I am wondering why are we paying for? I am not even talking the fact that they motivate resident to refer friends and family to move here but do not even bother themselves for giving them the discount for referral as mentioned in their flyer they sent. definitely I will not renew my lease here."

"There was a time I would have given this place 4 to 5 stars. I've been here for approximately 3 years and after the first year, around October/November there's no hot water.Ive been asking since October the 2nd week when will the boiler will be fix and this is November 11 and no one can tell me when they will fix the hot water. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!"
