"I have been living here going on 6 years. I feel safe living here, walking at night etc... The front office management and maintenance guys are hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. The only thing that I dislike is the problems with water getting shut off for hours to fix a leak. Sometimes we get no heads up. Or I have to shower with cold water too. Overall I am satisfied. Our safety is most important and I honestly like living here."
"If I could give this place a negative star review I would but I can’t, this place doesn’t deserve the one star I’m giving them. The survey they send to your email to rate this complex is pointless because they don’t fix the issue because the managers are still here THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!!!!! When I first moved here this place was a 4 star. The good managers left and now we have slumlords that brought this place to 2 stars and ratings keep going down. The managers do nothing they just sit there to collect a paycheck. If you’re looking for a place to live take it from me and do yourselves a favor DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! And whoever puts in good review is lying and probably related to management."
"The best feeling of my life Was when I moved From this horrible place front office was the worst . Apartments were old, Roach infested AC doesn't work properly And carpet disgusting. Every year they want to go open a price but they do not want to better your living conditions."
"These apartments are so terrible ! They do not answer calls also had mold in my bathroom I asked them if they could come clean the vent all they did was paint over it the pic I uploaded is before & after they just painted over it just pathetic also this is the laundry room it was like this for days ! This is just not a place to raise a family my apartment was infested with ants in my closet my clothes everything under my carpet and it took them 3 days after the situation to get someone out there … and I still had ants I ended up using some Parmesan well so I thought and dumped ants all over my pasta still had to wait days until someone would come this all in all is just a bad place to live ! I highly recommend going else where especially if you have children ! They do not care !!! Also asked the manager if she could give me corporates number she replied “im not allowed to do so” so I decided to call corporate I dont believe anything was done about the situation .."
