"Even though the new owners tht came in did alot of improvements. They still fall short in some areas. The person in the office, is not very caring her attitude is it will get done when it does. Sometimes maintenence issues will go days without anyone coming by. Until you call about it. Went to the pool yesterday and all the chairs have holes in them, so no where to lounge or sit down except on metal table with no umbrellas."
