From the moment we stepped one door into the leasing office she greeted us and made us feel right at home. She catered to us so we didn’t have to sit around and wait, she allowed us to ask a range of questions and she answered every single question. Her personal Ora made my grandfather feel so comfortable he started to speak for himself. "I called on 9/13/23 and was asked 2 bring in my info 2 b put on the waiting list. I went 2 Pinnacle on 9/14/23. I had all my info including my last 4 check stubs and was told by the lady in the front I need your check stub 4 the 15th. I don't have it, I cannot bring what I do not have. Then she asked 4 my SS Card, I did not have it. She then handed me my paperwork. The lady in the front, I did not like her attitude and the way she spoke 2 me. I guess this will not b my home."
