"Great place to live! I had no problems during the duration of my stay at the complex. On-site management and maintenance meets all expectations. If there was a problem or concern you will have no problem reaching management. Pest control provided if you want. Price and accommodations are exceptional. A quiet place to live and very clean property. Neighbors are quiet and mindful as well. Management will work with you through any problems you may have. They know things happen in life and are very reasonable and professional individuals. Amazon locker units for deliveries even tho I’ve walked past packages that were left by doors for days until my neighbors arrived back home. Security patrols the complex even tho in my opinion it’s not required. Safe and comfortable place rather your single or have a small family. Maggie is amazing."

"Ramon is the best ! Lived here for 3 years never had any major issues and the little things that needed work Eric the maintenance guy fixed them promptly, (thank you Eric for all that you do ) you just text them and they get back to you pretty fast, they do pest control often so never had roaches , plenty of parking at any time of the day, pretty safe for the area, overall a good place to live in the area."
