"worst apartments ever.. Do not move here. I didnt get a chance to get a good look at the apartment untill after I signed my lease. The walls have the worst patch job I have ever seen and they pretty much painted over everything including the the vents,roaches and tub. the doors were painted shut. the doors would literally get stuck because of the excessive lead paint. I couldnt sleep in my apt for a couple weeks because the paint made me feel sick.. There were so many roaches under my sink and no matter how much I cleaned or sprayed ( or pest control strayed) they were always there. The maintenence left my bathroom a complete mess once after servicing my unit. left muddy boot prints on my sink and floor and even had the nerve to use my towel I had on the floor near the tub to do an half ass job of cleaning the mess they made.My ac/heating was not working properly for a whole six months. and the ac has a drain pipe thats above the shower and it will drip slimmy rust onto your head if your standing under it. the parking lot is horrid and they are also very tow happy. me and a friend have had our cars towed. I can go on with the amount of problems this apt has. Just save your self the time because they have a fake rating on the apartment rating website so do not be fooled like I was. pics dont lie!! this is how their maintainence team left my bathroom"

"I currently live here and it's a nightmare. Too much wrong with this place. Too expensive for the trash you'll get. Roaches everywhere, I refuse to bring my nice furniture in this place: they even patched some of the roches into my wall. Trash all over the place, think of those 90s hood movie trash. My neighbor loves to blast they're music early in the morning & at night."

"Our experience with this complex was horrible my son is in the military my husbands in the military and he stay his year told them he would go month to month then gave them a letter stating that he will be leaving in 30 days because this is what they told him to do so now they're putting it on their credit saying they did not give notice we stayed year we did month to month still trying to charge us for a month or two. Because there office don't know what they did with letter. So I suggest to all military families stay away from this property they are not fair to the military."

"I just moved in a few weeks ago and haven't had a complaint yet. Hilda in the office is very helpful and has made everything simply a dream. I know some of the reviews aren't the greatest but it is an apartment complex and for what it is I have no problems."

"I've been to some crappy apartments and these are one of the worst. I agree with most of what Jessica has said! I regretted signing the least after only a month living here. There are so many leaks! I had a broken dish washer and had to wait for 2 months until they finally (after several phone calls) brought a new one. The maintenance crew is so inconsiderate. I've had to call them a countless amount of times and each time they leave my apartment an absolute mess! To close to front door, you have to turn the knob and close it shut. When they left they just pulled the door leaving it slightly open! I'm 8 months pregnant and the thought of them just leaving my door open that way stressed me out! Disregarding my safety, I just couldn't believe that someone is so terribly mannered that they wouldn't shut your door completely!! Who does that? There are almost never any parking spots thanks to the rude residents who will take up two spaces! The front of the complex looks nice and well taken care of but once you've walked around there is filth everywhere! There has been a dirty diaper out in front of our apartment (days after we moved in) that someone threw, and no one has picked it up for 3 months now. The pool is DISGUSTING. I would never step a foot in there in fear that I would catch some kind of bacterial infection! They throw so many chemicals to try to make it look blue and it last for a few days and turns back into this slimmish pond green color. The troubles that come with this place are endless. Don't waste your time here! Look for another complex! The worst part is having to endure another dreadful 9 months til this lease is up, and I don't stop counting the days!"
