"Love the community ❤️ been here since the apartment open and I don't plan on moving until I get a house on my own. Maintenance is nice, I always see him clean the grounds.. I just wish people were more clean so he doesn't have work so hard on picking up after others. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with all my renewals and certification process."

"I've lived at HARTWOOD APARTMENTS for 2 years, and I can honestly say that it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, the grounds are always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. But what I love most about HARTWOOD APARTMENTS is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that residents are happy. Especially,Guadalupe she’s awesome!!! If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend 10/10"
"My stay was great! Lived here 2 years and it was bitter sweet to leave! Guadalupe has an amazing team they are very helpful! Don’t let the bad reviews cloud your judgement on this complex! Keep in mind it is a smaller complex compared to most there is a limited space for visitors for the comfort of residents to not worry about parking ! Guadalupe knows what she’s doing and keeps it on check! 10/10 would recommend if I ever decided to move back to an apartment I would 100% come back to this one !"
"I was a resident here and I am a victim of a theft. This lot is gated and you need a code to get in the parking lot. All 4 wheels from my car had wheel locks, but were stolen here. I parked where residents are always passing by, but no one saw anything. I went straight to the front office to ask questions but they DO NOT help you. My rent was 1,170$ a month plus bills and this is how I get treated out here. There was another resident on the other side of the apartment that also got their wheels stolen. Beware of this apartment. The staff don't give one spec about you nor your property. Thanking me for bringing this to your attention? Several people have complained about their property being taken away before me. Your own residents are into this. Try and steal my wheels again, I'd love to see them try again."
