"SO. Be careful having a dog here because the application states you can but once you pay the deposit fee they tell you you can’t have dogs . The application doesn’t say no dogs allowed. So for one that’s illegal . There’s already people with dogs here and there statement to letting them have the dog here is that they’ve been living here for years that’s why they can have it. Otherwise the manager doesn’t want any dogs here she just wants to take your money kick you out . Five minutes ago I just called them letting them know that what they were doing was illegal and they said they knew . I asked if I could speak to the manager or have her number they said no . Then they promptly hung up. So they don’t want to deal with legal matters at all. Neighbors spy on you here. There’s no privacy you can’t do anything on your porch. They are racist. Make sure you don’t have your black friends over. Because then the report that you had people over and you were causing a ruckus."

"I lived here 40 years ago. Thankfully I've moved up in the world a bit. These apartments were a dump then and probably haven't changed much more than the name, but they were livable and I survived the experience. The name of the complex used to be the Outpost Apartments, but know by it's residents as the OUTHOUSE Apartments. I don't remember bedbugs back then, but we had swarms of cockroaches - everywhere. I'm sure those cockroaches have grown and multiplied a bit in 40 years."
