"Positive experience from the beginning. Office staff extremely helpful. I have been here over two years. Neighbors great. Property is budget friendly, which is very important. Thank you, Willow Ridge!"

"So I have lived here for 2 years STRAIGHT, rent always paid on time everything. These were my first apartments. For a first apartment for a little it’s not an entirely bad choice, but you start realizing how poorly kept the property is and the inside of the apartment looks decent at first but you realize they just paint over or find a easy way to cover up things. My tub started chipping bad and got nasty and they still haven’t even fixed it. ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES. have always been my biggest concern, no matter what, they were EVERYWHERE. I even used my own materials at my job at Lowes and nothing. The maintenance team barely did anything. It was embarrassing bringing friends or guests over without them seeing a few of them every other hour and just casually killing them. I put LED lights on my kitchen at one point and 50 million roaches were stuck underneath and eggs. Neighbors were always loud and playing loud mexican music. What sounded like gunshots, and parking is TERRIBLE. Everyone’s car is damn near scraping each other. When you first enter the Dunlap street its trash everywhere, and just screams UNSAFE. My parents and friends were always concerned. For there to be THREE representives in the leasing office they take more time having girl time in there and not trying someway to uplift these apsrtments as they have potential in some way but it’s just sad here. Last but not lease, mind you I’ve been here 2 years I have the ORIGINAL contract which states my lease ends on AUGUST 31st. When I renewed for the second year (2022-2023) I never was received a copy of my second year like I did the first year (which I have Physically and electronic through email) When I tell Ms. Mary, about my 30 days notice on July 30th, she literally tries to tell me I have until September 31 and it just screams money grab like the review below mines. The fact I been A pretty quiet tenant the last two years not complaining or being a Karen about anything despite how horrible it was, and the way she’s handling me peacefully leaving. Even my rental insurance states my lease ends August 31st. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please don’t do it to yourself, and this is from someone who lived here 2 years STRAIGHT."

"Don’t do it to yourself. Please find another option. I promise this place is not worth the money or hassle. Not only is management negligent, but so are the owners. If you rely on any rent assistance, more than likely they won’t even accept it. I have had to deal with months long unattended repairs and disgusting pests. After asking for proper pest control for rats, only holes that were created by them were patched. The gentleman that came to do it informed me that the holes were so large, they would have been there for months. He also stated that they should have been sealed before my move in and the unit next to me had it pretty bad too. Honestly, there have been problems since before I signed my lease, and if I had another option I would have taken it. I have argued with two of the management staff who only seems to care about money instead of quality service. You can’t even make partial payments on your rent if you wanted (before due) and communication does not help either."

"This particular lady at the office is disgusting human being. She's to the right of office as soon as you enter. I gave them my 30 days notice and she's trying to squeeze all kinds of money out of me. Rent is $695 a me d I ended up paying $890 not including the last water bill. Then they posted the payment for the water and trash in the amount of $107. She just called me telling me I owe $172 and she sending to collection. You're not getting another dime from me you thief"

"The apartment complex itself is nice in the inside. When i first moved in there were rats inside the apartment they didnt really do anything about it but come in and spray the edges of the wall & left so did pest control. The installed new toilets my sink had been stopped up since i moved in here and when maintance came they put a empty milk jugg under my sink for the link and now under my sink has caved in i was told they would be back after going to get some tools and they never returned to fix my sink. The rats are yet still in the apartment. And they are strict on rent. I wouldnt recommened living here again because of the rats and bad maintance."
