"Not great experience staff super rude, they are never available. When you request for documents with enough time, hey never seem to have it, they change the price on you with out notice, they keep parking money and tell you some spots are not available, as matter of fact there never available, unsurance they force to choose some random renters insurance they negotiate with if not won't let you sign a contract, they keep changing me for parking which I never had even if our request, they can never get their act together this place is garbage. If you want to be stolen lie together this is your place the staff pocket the money there is never paperwork or documentation us all a hoax, be aware of this apartment"

"3 years living here and gave them benefit of the doubt till this past months I’ve been with no AC for 3 months already and after various “tomorrows” the 30th of July they gave me a window AC , I still have to wait till they repair the AC , I would not recommend living here, the attention to residents is not good what so ever."
