"FIX THE TRASH CHUTE ISSUE! It’s disgusting and at these prices, we shouldn’t be dealing with this. Every single week, the chute and trash rooms for the lower floors get clogged up making the hallways smell like a landfill. I do not care what the reason for the issue is. I’m tired of smelling it and putting in work orders week after week. Get more dumpsters, stagger your team’s work schedules, whatever the excuses are, it needs a solution. You’re charging market rent and increased the amenity fee to $130. It’s unacceptable. Also, fix the hot water. Everyone has been complaining for at least 1.5 years and it’s still an issue."

"Me & my Daughter stayed here over a year & we miss it . The staff made us feel so safe & treated us like family . If you are looking for Luxury & upscale. The McKinley is the best in Houston seriously. They go above and beyond for their residents. Knowing that my daughter had in extra set of eyes while she got on & off the school bus was the best !! Pool & gym beautiful & clean . Pete & the entire management team are top tier . We miss them so much . 10/10. (My corner unit was bomb )"

"Great place to live. It’s only been a few months and I’ve noticed a significant difference from other properties. It’s not only positioned well but also built well. You should check your electrical boxes when you move in because you will be impressed with how well they are sealed. The building’s positioning make it easy to enter and exit compared to other properties and the garage is very breathable due to it’s openness. Compared to other high rises, I can get out of my car and to my apartment significantly easier and with less strain making it more fun to go out and spend money/do fun stuff. The lobby is just absolutely sexy and furnished well. The staff and property manager are delightful and friendly. The units themselves are great and seem pretty easy to clean. They use a utility closet EXCEPT they don’t leave the water heater in it which is perfect. I never understood why someone would put a water heater anywhere near the HVAC (insanity). All around 9 out of 10 just because I don’t want too nice :P"

"We moved in November 1st. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Leasing team is amazing..They have had some of the best events where everyone is invited.!!! We have met so many of our neighbors. Great place to call home. Highly recommend ❤️"
