The Fountains at Memorial City

"This is our second time living at The Fountains, so they are obviously doing something right. We have always had fond memories of our time here. We love the community atmosphere that The Fountains creates with exciting events like Taco Tuesday and other get togethers, so neighbors can get to know each other. But most importantly are the concierges, who go above and beyond to make each resident feel special, even our pets who get special treats. One of the main reasons we came back is because of Ty, who was a concierge the first time we lived here. We were so happy, though not surprised at all, to hear she had been promoted as property manager. Not only is she an amazing person, my husband and I, as well as all of my kids loved her, but she is the embodiment of customer service. We are glad to be back and hope to finally put down some roots and stay awhile."

"Management is horrible here I have had a leak in the bathroom for over three months the very first time I inquired about it they said there was no leak yet my floorboards were whelping from water. They fix the floor and brushed off the problem come a month later they are whelping again completely and leaking from the floor under me. It took until a resident under me was having a leak through her walls for them to do something yet two months later they still have not repaired the leak told me I cannot use the bathtub until it is repaired. Telling me they will need to completely redo my bathroom tile and all while I am currently still in the apartment. I have told them with water comes mold and mildew they say there is no mold or mildew and will not verify or even check under the tub. They do nothing in regards to health hazards. Every time I ask if they will check for mold they disregard me and tell them that they will have a contractor come out soon to fix the tub 3+ moths after the issue. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. For the amount of rent I pay here this should be a easy resolution yet they just give you the runaround. It’s sad because the concierge‘s are very nice and good people however this has nothing to do with the concierge only management."
