"Constant power outages after the slightest crack of thunder or drizzle of rain. Plumbing also goes out frequently. If you like living under hurricane like conditions every single month, then this is the spot for you."
"When my grandparents separated, my grandmother lived there for a short time. I remember it was a nice and well-lit apartment. This was about 50 years ago, and I'm amazed that the complex is still there to this day. I have passed by this place countless times. It looks like some exterior TLC is needed and having read the reviews here, it seems that good management is lacking and needs serious improvement here."
"5 stars if you're into GHOSTS! My coworker lives here and her apartment is definitely haunted. She has a video of a little boy running behind her. We believe the ghost is a child."
"The place is quiet, no bad people around but the rest is a mess the bathtub is no safe, the shower is not working properly, the electricity is included that is great. We are close to the mall, banks, shopping center and the Hospital."
"Loved living here. Its a very quiet place to live. I never had any issues with anyone. People always kept to themselves, Management was awesome and so was maintenance. Kid friendly environment, my vehicle never got broken into or messed with. for the pricing and convenient location, I recommended it! Enjoyed my 5yrs there.."
