I’ve been a resident in this community for 2 years now and from the maintenance to the office management have been amazing to me and my kids but I would like to give a special thanks to the front office lady she has been great assistance to my kids and my self always very attentive to our needs and always there for us we are extremely great full for her services she has made our time here welcome since they brought her to the team Jennifer is definitely a team player and she is here for all us!"

"Apartment of Nightmare: A Cautionary Tale of Theft and Inaction at Pearl City Center. I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Pearl City Center. Claimed itself as a luxury apartment, high rent prices but poor management, lack of safety. My apartment was burglarized, resulting in the theft of numerous valuable items. To make matters worse, my car was tailgated, and despite reporting these incidents to the complex management, there has been a shocking lack of action or concern. The security measures in place at this complex are woefully inadequate. The fact that my apartment could be broken into so easily is a clear indication that the safety and well-being of residents are not a priority. Moreover, discovering that my car was tailgated within the supposedly secure premises raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the security systems in place. Equally disappointing is the response, or lack thereof, from the management team especially manager named STEPHANIE Despite reporting the incidents promptly, I have yet to see any meaningful action taken to address the security lapses or offer assistance in recovering my stolen belongings. The lack of communication and apparent indifference to the safety and security of residents is utterly unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering living at Pearl City Center. The disregard for residents' safety, coupled with the ineffective management response, creates an environment that is far from secure or conducive to a positive living experience. I regret choosing this complex and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience."

"I lived at Pearl City Centre for a year and it was great minus the fact that some of my Amazon packages went "missing" a few times and they do not get back to you if you email, call and leave voice messages. I moved out two months ago and have called, email and left voice messages asking about my refund. I have not been able to speak with anyone that could answer my question. They said I needed to call the other building Resident Pearl. When I called they said oh no you need to call Pearl and then gave me the fax number to call. I do not see why it is so hard for management to call me back and explain why I still haven't gotten a refund."

"Location is great. Unfortunately management does not take care of living conditions, this is how we’ve been living for the last few months, with neighbors that will just leave all the trash outside their doors. We have brought this to management attention and gotten no reply at all. For the price of the rent, you would expect a lot more. One of the Only two electric car stations has been down for months."
