"My daughter recently moved to these apartments and the stove and air conditioning have never worked properly. After numerous emails, work orders and visits to admin office still no results! At this point not sure what she can do to get management to fix these. Beware!!!"

"If you’re looking for a new home where management lacks communication this is the place for you. I’ve visited my partner here a several times and most recently noticed reserve spots start being placed in the front, however my partners and tenants around were never notified about these spots being in use already so I was on the verge of being towed. Luckily my partner caught it on time and the tow truck had the audacity to asked why we parked there…. WELLLL we were never notified about these being in use alrdy or even given the opportunity to purchase these spots. Poor lack of communication and my partner has submitted several maintenance request for his dishwasher not working overall this place need management or ppl better trained in this field. P.S they just send an email 9/7 regarding spots available for purchase after the fact that someone was alrdy towed last night on 09/06."

"More than a dozen cars broken last night in this apartment complex including my car. Car break-in and a unit break-in , mailbox break-in is a major issue in this complex. 90% of break-in cases within 77069 Zip Code is happening in this apartment complex. you will regret once you signup lease because RMP Living aka Sicilian Mafia is busy in making money by adding extra charges every month in our rental statement. they don’t care about residents safety and security! surveillance system front of leasing office is a dummy and it doesn’t even work. Apartment complex name should be The Crime at Champions."

I'll do you guy a.favor and post some up to date photos, hopefully you won't waste a trip and gas like I just did.."
