"Today I visited Woodchase with the manager. Such a lovely person, very informative and kind. The 2 bedroom apartment I saw were very clean and well maintained. The common space was quiet and clean as well Honestly I was a bit scared by some reviews I read, but when I was there I realized that they weren't true at all. It was worthy to go and check it person! My wife and I will definitely send our application."

"Norma has helped me with so much, she offers great customer service and it’s very attentive. The property looks really nice and it’s kept clean. Maintenance does a great job, they are very quick and do the job right. Im really happy to be living here, going on my 3rd renewal. Would definetelly recommend."

"If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. For starters, In the month of December 2023, my deposit went from $2000 to $3,200.I was told THE DAY OF MOVE-IN (Sounds like an under the table deal).. Chandra and Norma came up with a plan allowing me to split the deposit. However; A few days later, December 4th 2023, I received an EVICTION notice because Chandra and Norma Failed to explain what they meant by splitting my deposit into two payments they wanted me to pay $2000 before move in (On Nov 29th 2023) then after move in pay $1000 (By December 3rd,2023).CRAZY RIGHT? Only for them to not work with you when you have a family death ? You would think after every $$ you just gave. January 2024 an eviction was filed without notice of the correct date.. no way you receive a paper for eviction 4days after being filed . It takes two weeks to notify the tenant they have 30 days correct? Anywhom; IF YOU ARE YOUNG,BLACK AND LGBTQ this is not the place for you. Even offering to surrender my lease I Was told the eviction still goes through (Although it was filed two days after rent was due)…Chandra is a very rude and sarcastic. VERY FAKE not genuine at ALL. Norma a B. Very Rude Very Nasty Racist Homophobic and HIGHLY Unprofessional!!!!! At move in I request New paint, because I saw stains from past leaks, the place had chipped countertops, carpet was not properly cleaned. Broken Ice Maker, Plugs Don’t Work. She basically told me they weren’t doing anything!!!"

"We have been here for less than two months and have run into multiple issues with maintenance staff and the rude leasing agents (specifically Chandra and Norma). They have turned off the water without notice, we have not had hot water in three weeks, maintenance doesn’t not fix the issues such as our washer, hot water, leaking faucet, and etc. This will be our first and last year at these apartments if I was you I wouldn’t let the price fool you. Just save yourself the time and energy. Lease with somewhere that can provide the serve you need and deserve!"
