"My family and I lived at Belmont Place/La Fontaine for at least 10 years, and there hasn't been a manager that can compare to Celia Briales. Celia has been so helpful and thoughtful to my family, we're moving back after living in a different city for 2 years and she and her staff have made this transition worry free. I couldn't recommend talking to her more about living at this great community. Celia being the manager of this community was still able to show us 2 units she thought we would like because she gets to know her tenants, this is going above and beyond in my book. The manager and staff are some of the best in the business."

"I must say LaZandra is outstanding! She made sure I got the apartment I desired & fulfilled everything I asked for! She was so helpful , knowledgeable and overall great! She always goes the extra mile and answer all my email especially after many request have been sent over. During my stay here she has always made sure my request are fulfilled, and now that I have decide to downsize LaZandra has showed me multiple floor plans and has never rushed the process she has been consistent and she always follow up.If you are looking for an apartment and great experience she is your go to person!"
