"Office staff are pleasant and renovated units are decent. The compliments end there. My son moved into this complex a little over a month ago and in less than 2 weeks, he had a vehicle broken into and a week later his car was towed despite a properly displayed parking permit. Cost him $300 for NO reason! No one was willing to make it right or even give him a reason why it was towed. He still has a list of repairs that has yet to be addressed in any way. Well, one item has been repaired out of about 10+ items. The security guard is never ever seen and, until our car was broken into, the gate did not work either. It was fixed 2 days after the theft so there's that. So happy he only signed a short lease and will get to move soon!!!"

"Meril smiling attitude is awesome in making sure all your requests are done in a wonderful way. I always pray to meet her at the front desk anytime am having any issues. She is awesome and I will recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a good apartment with friendly staff. The project manager is another great guy with cool attitude in solving any problems. In short this guy's are great and am happy am here. Once again thanks so much guys. I appreciate all your efforts in making us have a great environment."

"I have lived here for 4years now and I have had a fairly good experience until after the renovations at the begining of 2023. We declined renovating our apartment. Renovations was done in the apartment on top of ours, we live downstairs. It has been hell! Water comes from different outlets in the roof of the bathroom and messes up the whole place. This has happened more than 10 times this year. Dirty bath water from my the apartment upstairs. Sometimes its soapy. Sometimes with human hair. It pours on us from the roof. They told me it's because the person upstairs is filling their tub and water is draining in from whatever. How does that happen.? I have pleaded with them to do something. It's unhygienic and unsafe to live like that! I have sent in videos, several work orders, emails. Maintenence has tried to fix it. Still same. This is a major plumbing issue caused by the renovation. Its requires major attention. I put in new work orders every time it happens + emails. I call the office to explain that nobody is responding to this work order or emails. They try to run me off the phone saying they will send someone. This situation is directly affecting our lives. They do not care. The people at the office pratically lie that you are being rude and cut you off the phone! Wow wow wow! They feel they are doing you are favor. No customer service. Zero customer obsession. No sense of ownership or responsibility to residents. No empathy! It's shocking! The leasing office owes residents a duty of care! You are our first point of contact regarding issues we face here. It's a job. Just the way we have jobs. This is your job. You have to be atleast patient in this kind of industry! You are working with diverse individuals from diverse background and with different experiences. You must be patient to atleast listen. I am not a rude person. I am extremely civilized and extremely exposed! I will NEVER look for trouble intentionally or go about being rude to people! All I want is a duty of care to my issues where I call HOME!"
